Staying active keeps you breathing, moving, and improves quality of life. With a light weight training and cardio regimen, our seniors enrich their lives through strengthening their bones and muscles through resistance training and heart strength training. 

Our personal trainers guide our seniors to not only stay active but to become safer and more independent through functional training while helping to reduce their risk of falls and injury.
