Free Personal Training

Personal training is usually $40 an hour at competing gyms, but with us it comes with the membership. The benefits are immeasurable with the guidance and motivation from certified trainers and brings the accountability to lose weight effectively and safely.

Monthly Weigh and Measures

Every month, our members get weighed and measured (if they want it) to see their progress. This weight-loss program makes sure they are getting toned at the same time as losing the weight to reduce loose skin.

Cardio Classes

Our circuit kickboxing classes, called FITT Factor, brings an element to your workout routine that is hard to mimic. These workout routines are functional and fun and teaches body awareness, agility, and endurance. Classes are only 30 minutes, workout the whole body and change everyday.

Cardio and Strength

When utilizing cardiovascular exercise and strength training together, this maximizes your effort to lose the fat and keep it off. With our state-of-the-art equipment that is made just for women, we create customized workout programs just for you, your body type, your age, and your ability.
